Some downtime while I square away my Nigerian visa.

I had fixed the settings on my Innovv camera (front and rear cameras) in Keetmashoop, but couldn’t get the app to connect because I didn’t have data working on my phone without wifi.

It still recorded video, but more than 200gigs by the time I arrived in Windhoek! Most of it is nothing but the road….

I was able to find a nice place in Little Windhoek.

There were a lot of animals and plants in the neighborhood. I was looking forward to checking out some plants after seeing so many of them ion the Chicago Conservatory, I swear that 80% of the succulents are from Namibia.

The “Go Away” bird and some kind of small mammal – anyone?

Did some work and decided it was time to eat, headed to a local sports bar.

They love their rugby! There was also moto GP on as well…

Had a “Greek” salad, not bad, just different! White asparagus and avocado? Even the egg would be a stretch.

They had some pool tables in the back, got in on some “blackball”…. Pretty close to our eight-ball, again, not bad, just different!

Played some games with the locals and James from out of town, good people!

Headed home early to get some rest…hopefully!
